急性脊柱创伤采取切开减压椎弓根内固定术的临床研究

Clinical study of open reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw in the treatment of acute spinal trauma

目的:探讨切开减压椎弓根内固定术治疗急性脊柱创伤的临床效果。方法:收治急性脊柱创伤患者70例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规胸腰椎骨折前路内固定术,研究组采用切开减压椎弓根内固定术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组椎体前缘及后缘压缩高度、Cobb's角、椎管占位率和Frankel脊髓损伤分级优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:切开减压椎弓根内固定术治疗急性脊柱创伤的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw in the treatment of acute spinal trauma.Methods:70patients with acute spinal trauma were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional anterior internal fixation of thoracolumbar fracture.The study group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the compression height of vertebral anterior and posterior border,Cobb's angle,excellent and good rate of vertebral canal occupation rate and Frankel spinal cord injury grade were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw in the treatment of acute spinal trauma was significant.
