腹腔镜手术应用于急性腹膜炎的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of laparoscopic surgery on acute peritonitis

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术应用于急性腹膜炎的治疗效果。方法:收治急性腹膜炎患者88例,平分两组。对照组行开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术后排气时间、下床时间以及引流管留置时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗急性腹膜炎的临床疗效显著,可有效促使患者的机体恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on acute peritonitis.Methods:88patients with acute peritonitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated by laparotomy.The observation group received laparoscopic surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,the postoperative exhaust time,the time of getting out of bed and the indwelling time of the drainage tube in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of acute peritonitis,and it can effectively promote the recovery of the patient's body.
