低分子肝素钙(钠)在妇科手术后的应用与观察

Application and observation of low molecular weight heparin calcium(sodium) after gynecological surgery

目的:探讨低分子肝素钙(钠)在妇科患者术后的应用与临床意义。方法:收治行妇科手术患者36例,在手术12h后给予皮下注射低分子肝素钙(钠),观察患者病情变化。结果:无患者发生心、脑、肺和双下肢静脉血栓疾病。结论:低分子肝素钙(钠)在预防术后心、肺、脑、双下肢静脉栓塞中存在一定作用,用后无出血倾向。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application and significance of low molecular weight heparin calcium(sodium)in gynecological patients after operation.Methods:36patients undergoing gynecological surgery were treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium(sodium)after12h of the operation,then we observed the change of patient's condition.Results:There had no heart,lung or double lower extremity venous thrombosis occurred.Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin calcium(sodium)can prevent postoperative heart,lung,brain and double lower extremity venous thrombosis,and it has no hemorrhagic tendency after use.
