筋膜扩张器治疗尿道狭窄的临床体会

Clinical experience on fascia dilator in the treatment of urethral stricture

目的:探讨肾筋膜扩张器在导丝引导下治疗尿道狭窄的效果。方法:对35例尿线变细的尿道狭窄患者予肾筋膜扩张器在超滑导丝引导下进行渐进性扩张,扩张至F18以后改用金属探子扩张。术后不留置导尿管,自行排尿。结果:所有患者经4~6次扩张后均能正常排尿,无大出血、假道形成、尿道穿孔、直肠穿破等并发症。结论:筋膜扩张器在导丝引导下行尿道扩张治疗尿道狭窄具有操作简单、易掌握、创伤小、疗效确切、费用低、能在门诊治疗等优点。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of renal fascia dilator in the treatment of urethral stricture under guidewire guidance.Methods:Renal fascia dilator was used in35cases of urethral stricture with thinner urinary tract,progressive dilatation wasperformed under the guidance of the ultra guide wire,expanding to F18and then expanding with metal probe.No indwellingcatheter,urination after operation.Results:All the patients were treated by4～6times of expansion were normal urination,withoutbleeding,formation of pseudo duct,urethral perforation,rectal perforation and other complications.Conclusion:Urethral stricturewith dilatation of the urethra guided by guidewire has the advantages of simple operation,easy control,small trauma,accuratecurative effect,low cost and outpatient treatment.
