长效甘精胰岛素与口服降糖药联合治疗对2型糖尿病血糖水平及代谢功能的影响

Combined treatment of long-acting insulin glargine and oral antidiabetic drugs on blood glucose level and metabolic function in type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨长效甘精胰岛素与口服降糖药联合治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:将86例糖尿病患者根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规口服降糖药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用长效甘精胰岛素。结果:观察组患者FBG、2 h PBG、HbA_(1c)、FCP、2 h CP含量显著低于对照组,血糖控制率显著高于对照组,同时低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口服降糖药联合长效胰岛素可有效控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提升血糖控制率,同时降低低血糖事件的发生率,安全性高,有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of long-acting insulin glargine combined with oral antidiabetic agents in the treatment of type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:86patients with diabetes were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment plan.The control group were treated with oral hypoglycemic agents,and the observation group were treated with long-acting insulin.Results:The content of FBG,2h PBG,HbA1c,FCP,2h CP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the blood glucose control rate was significantly higher than the control group;the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral hypoglycemic drugs combined with long-acting insulin can effectively control blood glucose level in patients with type2diabetes,improve blood glucose control rate,and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,with high safety,and it can help to improve the quality of patients life.
