经腹直肌旁入路治疗复杂骨盆髋臼骨折的临床疗效

The clinical effect of rectus abdominis side approach in the treatment of complex pelvic and acetabular fracture

目的:探讨经腹直肌旁入路治疗复杂骨盆髋臼骨折的临床效果。方法:收治复杂骨盆髋臼骨折患者50例,分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用髂腹股沟入路治疗,治疗组采用经腹直肌旁入路治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间和髋关节功能评分优良率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经腹直肌旁入路治疗复杂骨盆髋臼骨折的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of rectus abdominis side approach in the treatment of complex pelvic and acetabular fracture.Methods:50patients with complex pelvic and acetabular fracture were selected.They were divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated by ilioinguinal approach,and the treatment group was treated with rectus abdominis side approach.We compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the amount of bleeding,the time of operation,the length of stay and the excellent and good rate of hip function score were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of rectus abdominis side approach in the treatment of complex pelvic and acetabular fracture was significant.
