中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆50例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 50 cases of intractable hiccup treated with Chinese medicine and acupuncture

目的:对中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的临床治疗效果进行分析与研究。方法:收治顽固性呃逆患者50例,随机平分两组。对照组实行常规治疗,观察组实行中医针灸治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率为64.00%,明显低于观察组的100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在第1次针灸治疗后治愈21例(84.00%),第2次针灸后治愈3例(12.00%),在第3次针灸后治愈1例(4.00%)。结论:顽固性呃逆患者采取中医针灸治疗,可以使患者的病情得到有效的改善,使患者的生活质量得到有效的提升,具有较好的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze and study the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of intractable hiccup.Methods:50patients with intractable hiccup were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was64%,significantly lower than100.00%of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,21cases(84%)were cured after first acupuncture treatment,and3cases(12%)were cured after second times of acupuncture.Only1case(4%)was cured after third times of acupuncture.Conclusion:In the treatment of intractable hiccup,acupuncture treatment of Chinese medicine can improve the patient's condition effectively and improve the quality of life of patients,and it has better therapeutic effect.
