产科病房实施人性化护理对提高产科护理质量的影响

The influence of humanistic nursing in obstetric ward in the quality of obstetric nursing

目的:探讨在产科病房中运用人性化护理对护理质量的影响。方法:收治产科患者作为研究对象,对其运用人性化护理服务的具体情况做一统计、分析。结果:人性化护理方式,提升了护理人员自身的形象与素质,在一定程度上提高了患者的护理服务满意度,让该科室的护理质量得以提升。结论:在产科病房中实施人性化的护理服务,使得护理工作取得了进步,让孕产妇在产房有了一定的安全感和信任感。同时,要不断加强医护人员自身的专业素质,进而加快孕产妇在身心方面的全面恢复。

Objective:To investigate the influence of humanistic nursing on the nursing quality in maternity ward.Methods:Patients in the obstetric department were selected as the research objects,then we analyzed their specific conditions by receiving humanistic nursing services.Results:Under the specific implementation of humanistic mode,the image and quality of nurses were improved,and the satisfaction degree of patients for nursing service also has a certain extent improvent,and the nursing quality of the department was improved.Conclusion:Through implementation of humanistic nursing services in the maternity ward,the nursing work has been made overall progress,so that pregnant women in the delivery room have a certain sense of security and trust.In addition,we should continue to strengthen the professional quality of medical staff,so as to speed up the all-round rehabilitation of pregnant women and their mental and physical aspects.
