妊娠合并糖尿病及妊娠期糖尿病的临床治疗分析

Clinical treatment analysis of gestation complicated with diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨妊娠合并糖尿病及妊娠期糖尿病的临床治疗。方法:收治妊娠合并糖尿病及妊娠期糖尿病患者共60例,分别采用运动护理和饮食护理,并采用综合疗法,比较两组妊娠结局。结果:治疗后,空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并糖尿病及妊娠期糖尿病会对患者及胎儿造成十分严重的后果。只有及早检查和治疗,才能降低危险程度,保证母婴健康。

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of gestation complicated with diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:60patients with gestation complicated with diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes mellitus were selected.They were given exercise care and dietary care respectively,and they were treated with combination therapy.We compared the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups.Results:After treatment,fasting blood glucose and postprandial2hours blood glucose were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gestation complicated with diabetes mellitus and gestational diabetes mellitus had severe consequences for the patient and the fetus.Early detection and treatment can reduce risk and ensure maternal and child health.
