个性化护理对乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者药物治疗依从性的效果评价

Effect of individualized nursing on the compliance with drug treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis decompensation

目的:探讨个性化护理措施对乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者药物治疗依从性的效果。方法:收治乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上增加个性化护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组药物治疗依从性和生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者采取个性化护理干预可以有效提高药物治疗依从性和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the compliance with drug treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis decompensation.Methods:80patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis decompensation were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine care.The study group added individualized nursing intervention.We compared the effects of two groups.Results:The compliance with drug treatment and quality of life in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing intervention for patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis decompensation can effectively improve the compliance with drug treatment and quality of life.
