摘要
农村中小学教师在职培训是提高农村学校师资水平的重要途径。采取分层抽样法对D县524名农村中小学教师进行的问卷调查发现,农村中小学教师在职培训存在受训情况不均衡,教师培训参与度和认同度较低,相关培训活动设计与组织还有待改进等现实问题。提高农村中小学教师在职培训效度,必须强化培训管理,优化培训"软环境";丰富培训形式,创生培训"软实力";打造教师发展共同体,开发培训"软资源"。
Rural school teachers’in-service training is an important way of improving their levels of instruction.Taking D county as an example,this paper makes a questionnaire survey of524rural school teachers.Findings reveal some problems with their in-service training such as unbalanced training,lower participation and identifi cation,and imperfect training activity design and organization.To improve the validity of training,we must strengthen training administration to optimize training soft environment;enrich training styles to generate training soft power;and establish teachers’community of development to exploit training soft resources.
