摘要
设计搭建了一台永磁体极端气温磁通测试系统。系统主要由温度控制、磁性能测试与连接组件三部分组成。通过合理的结构设计实现了可变温度环境下磁通的准确测试。利用本测试系统对两种典型永磁样品(烧结钕铁硼、永磁铁氧体)进行测试。实验结果表明:在-60~100℃温度区间内,样品的开路磁通随着温度的升高线性衰减。牌号N50M烧结钕铁硼的磁通平均温度系数为-0.09%/℃,牌号Y25永磁铁氧体的磁通平均温度系数为-0.15%/℃。
A system was designed and fabricated for measuring magnetic flux at extremely low temperature.The equipment consists of three parts:temperature control,magnetic measurement and connector.Precise flux measuring at variable temperature can be realized by reasonable structure design.Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet and permanent ferrite are two typical permanent magnet materials,of which grade N50M and Y25samples were measured with the system at different temperatures.The test results show that,between the temperature ranging from-60℃to100℃,the magnetic flux linearly decreases as the temperature increases.The flux temperature coefficient of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet and permanent magnetic ferrite was-0.09%/℃and-0.15%/℃,respectively.
