摘要
2011年7月颁布的《社会保险法》,在强调社会成员共享的前提下,特别为公务员系列人员留下了特权空间,成为《社会保险法》遭到公众质疑最脆弱的部分,从而引发人们深思制度的公平正义性。
In July2011,the“Social Insurance Law”was promulgated.There are some defects in this law and the new law causes much debate about the unfair treatment in different members.This needs more fair institution in social security.
