摘要
本文对提升机闸瓦间隙进行了分析,通过对PLC的I/O点数分析和定义,设计了矿井提升机闸瓦间隙监测系统PLC配置图。通过对模拟量的分析,利用MCGS窗口组态软件编写了相关控制程序,实现了提升机闸瓦间隙监测。
In this paper,the brake shoe clearance of the hoist is analyzed,based on the analysis and definition of I/O points of PLC,the PLC configuration diagram of the brake shoe clearance monitoring system of the hoist used in mines is designed.Through the analysis of the analog quantity,the related control program is programmed by the MCGS window configuration software,and the brake shoe clearance monitoring of the hoist is realized.
