摘要
本文介绍了一种新型钢板板边铣削仿形装置在大直缝埋弧焊管生产线关键设备钢板铣边机中的应用,通过该装置的使用,保证了钢板在进入预弯、成型、焊接之前钢板边缘的尺寸及精度要求,极大的提高了成品质量。
This paper introduces the application of a new type ofsteel plate edge milling profiling device in the key equipment steelplate milling machine in the production line of submerged arc weldedpipe.Through the use of this device,it is ensured that the steel plateenters the pre-bending,forming and welding edge size and accuracyrequirements,greatly improving the quality of finished products.
