摘要
本文分析了烟台恒邦泵业有限公司开发的HDT卧式双壳体多级泵的泵结构、工作原理及工作管路,提出了在装配过程中根据测量出来的转子抬量数值抬高转子部件,准确补偿泵轴的挠度的设计思路,保证了转子部件的运转可靠性,解决了高压力的多级泵使用过程中因为径向力作用而产生弯曲,使叶轮中心线低于理想中心线,产生偏磨造成离心泵的磨损甚至是损坏的问题。
This article analyzed the construction and operatingprinciple and working line of the HTD horizontal double shell multi-stagepump which have been developed by Yantai Humon Pump IndustryCompany Limited,it put forward the design ideas of increasing the rotorwith the measured lift in the process of assembly and repairing thedeflection of pump shaft,ensured the reliability of the rotor.
