摘要
本文以汽车转向器螺杆为研究对象,分析了螺杆的加工工艺,并采用UG软件设计了螺杆凸台铣削的工装夹具,对夹具中各个零件所用材料也给出了建议。
In this paper,the machining technology of the screw isanalyzed,and the machining technology of the screw is analyzed.UGsoftware is used to design the fixture for screw boss milling.Thematerials used in the fixture are also given.
