摘要
针对WNS系列燃气冷凝锅炉出口烟气温度为280℃左右的特点,利用重力热管的相变传热,热阻小,极高的导热性,换热效率高的高传热性能特点,在锅炉尾部采用热管节能器+翅片管冷凝器或热管空气预热器+翅片管冷凝器组合结构,把燃气锅炉的排烟温度降到烟气水蒸汽冷凝点以下。充分吸收烟气体中的显热和水蒸汽的汽化潜热,进一步提高锅炉热效率。
according to the characteristics of WNS series gascondensing boiler flue gas outlet temperature is280degrees Celsius,the transformation of the gravity heat pipe heat transfer,low thermalresistance,high thermal conductivity,high heat transfer performanceand high thermal efficiency,the tail of the boiler with heat pipecondenser or heat pipe condenser combination structure of finned tubeair preheater+energy+fin tube,the exhaust gas temperature of gasboiler flue gas to steam below freezing point.To absorb the latent heatof the sensible heat and steam in the smoke,the boiler thermalefficiency is further improved.
