摘要
数控加工在现代制造业中应用广泛,而其品质受到很多要素的影响。本文的目的在于从工装、程序编制和数控机床几个方面入手,分析其质量的影响因素,进而从误差源的视角提出对应的提高措施,从而有效提升数控加工的品质。
numerical control machining in modern manufacturingindustry has a wide range of applications,its quality is affected bymany factors.The purpose of this paper is from tooling,programmingand CNC machine tools with the aspects,to the factors that influencethe quality of the analysis,and then from the perspective of errorsources,put forward corresponding measures to improve,so as toeffectively improve the quality of NC machining.
