摘要
本文分析了现行导轨几何误差测量手段的不足,提出了一种全新的基于激光准直仪的导轨几何误差测量方法,解决了精密机床实际生产中缺少高效准确的导轨几何误差测量方法的问题。该方法具有操作简单、测量精度高且不受导轨长度限制等优点。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in themeasurement of geometrical error of the guideway,a guide rail geometricerror measurement method of laser collimator based on new,solve the railgeometrical error measurement method with high efficiency and accuracy andlack of precision machine tools in practical production problems.The methodhas the advantages of simple operation,high measuring accuracy,and notlimited by the length of the guide rail.
