A Study on Improving the Moisture Vapor Permeability of Microfiber Synthetic Leather

本文简要介绍了超细纤维合成革与天然皮革的结构与特点,指出了超细纤维合成革相比天然皮革透湿透气性差的原因,综述了提高超细纤维合成革透湿透气性能的方法——革基布改性、聚氨酯树脂改性以及加工工艺的改进。

This paper briefly introduces the composition of microfiber synthetic leather and natural leather,the cause of moisture permeability difference between microfiber synthetic leather and natural leather,andthe methods for improving the moisture vapor permeability of microfiber synthetic leather.The methodsinclude modifying the leather substrate,modifying the polyurethane resin and improving the productionprocess.
