摘要
学生在学习中常常出现"不懂""不会""不通"的情况,教师往往将责任归咎于学生一方,恰恰忽视了三个教育不等式,即"讲"不等于"懂"、"懂"不等于"会"、"会"不等于"通"。教学中如果关注这三个不等式,反思教育的过程,采取有效的策略,提升学生的数学思维能力,我们就会对学生多一份理解,对自己多一份教学的清醒。
Students are often beset by problems of non-understanding,inability,and non-mastery in their learning,and teachers tend to blame students for those problems.Actually,it is teachers who neglect the three educational inequalities:lecturing doesn’t equal understanding,understanding not ability,and ability not mastery.Teachers should focus on the three inequalities,refl ect on the process of education and employ effective strategies to improve students’mathematics thinking competence.As a result,we can have a better understanding of our students and a clearer mind of our teaching.
