宫颈癌放化疗患者配偶的生活质量调查

A Quality of Life Investigation about Spouses of Patients with Cervical Cancer Undergoing Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的:调查宫颈癌放化疗患者配偶的生活质量现况。方法:选取2016年3—6月江西省妇幼保健院肿瘤科收治的宫颈癌放化疗患者配偶作为研究组,同期在普通妇科病房选择患者配偶作为对照组,每组60例。2组均发放生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74),对其配偶的生活质量进行调查。结果:研究组的躯体功能维度得分(47.72±5.51)分、心理功能维度得分(53.58±8.43)分、社会功能维度得分(51.15±7.62)分,总体生活质量总分(201.45±18.63)分;对照组的躯体功能维度得分(60.26±5.86)分、心理功能维度得分(64.92±8.71)分、社会功能维度得分(62.43±7.29)分,总体生活质量总分(242.51±21.33)分,研究组在这3个维度及总体生活质量因子得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。而在物质生活维度,研究组得分(54.42±6.30)分,对照组得分(56.48±6.45)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈癌放化疗患者配偶的生活质量产生了较大的改变,生活质量下降明显,护理人员可通过告知患者配偶宫颈癌的无传染性及性生活的重要性,协助保持阴道润滑及弹性改善性生活质量,并积极治疗化疗后的副反应等措施,帮助其配偶提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the quality of life of spouses of patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:The spouses of patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer treated in the Department of Oncology of Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March to June of2016were selected as the study group,the spouses of patients in gynecological ward were selected as the control group in the same period,60cases in each group.The quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)was assessed in2groups.Results:Of the study group,physical function dimension score was47.72±5.51,psychological function dimension score was53.58±8.43,social function dimension score was51.15±7.62,and total score of overall quality of life was201.45±18.63;Of the control group,physical function dimension score was60.26±5.86,psychological function dimension score was64.92±8.71,social function dimension score was62.43±7.29,and the overall quality of life score was242.51±21.33.The3dimensions and overall quality of life score of study group were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).In the material life dimension,the score of the study group was54.42±6.30,while that of the control group was56.48±6.45,and there was not statistical significance in the2groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The quality of life of spouses of cervical cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been greatly changed,the quality of life decreased significantly,nursing staff can inform the spouses of patients with cervical cancer by non-infectious and of the importance of sex life,assist in maintaining vaginal lubrication and elasticity to promote sex life quality,and actively treating chemotherapy side effects and other measures to help them to improve the quality of life of spouses.
