市县一体化地理空间框架建设模式研究与应用

Research and Application of Integrated Construction Mode for Municipal and County Geospatial Framework

县区级数字城市在建设时通常存在市县数据不同构、资源无法深入共享、运维力量分散等问题。为合理解决上述问题,提出建设数字城市市县一体化模式,即"数据共建、软件共用、平台共享、维护共担",并将其应用到常州市及县级数字城市建设,实现对常州市及其市辖县的一体化设计、一体化建设、一体化服务运营,最终提高市县平台建设的效率和质量,为市县平台资源共享、互联互通、高效运维等提供坚实基础。

When municipal Digital City is constructed,problems always exist,such as different configuration data,resources cannot be shared in depth,operation and maintenance scattered strength,construction of county geospatial framework is influenced.In order to solve the above problems reasonably and effectively,we proposed the integrated construction model for digital municipal and county.'Data is built together,software,platform,and maintenance are shared'.And it was applied to the construction of Changzhou municipal and county-level digital cities,so integrated design,integrated construction,and integrated service operators of Changzhou municipal and county could be achieved.The efficiency and quality of cities and counties platform can be ultimately improved.This study can provide a solid foundation for resource sharing,interoperability,efficient operation and maintenance of the cities and counties.
