Influence Analysis of the Ecological Control Area Construction Land by Urban Expansion

以东莞市为例,从建设基数、交通、人口和经济4个关键方面探讨其对生态控制线内建设用地产生和形成的影响程度,揭示了交通是主要影响要素,而人口和经济因素不具有显著的驱动性。生态意识淡薄、交通便利性及个体利益的驱使可能是诱发生态控制线内建设用地发展潜在的重要因素。

Taking Dongguan City for example,construction cardinal number,traffic,population and economic development were selected to analysis their influence on construction land in ecological line.The results show that the traffic is the prominent factor,while the population and economic development have less impact.Simultaneously,less awareness of ecological consciousness,traffic convenience and individual interests may also be the important inducement.
