音乐在武术中的作用研究

武术积淀了中华文化的精髓,博大精深,其魅力不仅在于丰富多彩的技术动作,而且还在于它呈现出典型的文化历史原貌。它承载了华夏民族伟大、深厚而沉重的文化内涵和精神,是我国的传统文化中不可或缺的组成部分。音乐是借助于声音,通过节奏和旋律表现人的思想感情。用音乐的轻重、缓急、韵律特点刚好结合武术动作的速度、节奏和连贯性动作,体现音乐与武术演练中的具体表现,音乐与武术存在许多的相同之处,两者同样都赋有节奏,充分利用二者的相同点和互通点,达到对学生大脑的有效刺激和开发,激发学生的学习武术的兴趣,利用音乐的节奏对武术动作的节奏、神态进行控制,让武术套路变得更具有艺术的美感,可以使武术教学质量得到提高。

Wushu has accumulated the essence of Chinese culture.It is broad and profound.Its charm lies not only in the rich and colorful technical movements,but also in its typical cultural and historical appearance.It bears the great,deep and heavy cultural connotation and spirit of the Chinese nation,and is an integral part of China's traditional culture.Music expresses people's thoughts and feelings through rhythm and melody by means of sound.With music light,priorities,rhythm characteristics and Wushu movement speed,rhythm,and coherence of action,reflect the specific performance of music and Wushu exercises,music and Wushu have many similarities,both are endowed with the rhythm,make full use of the same point and the exchange phase of the two,and to achieve effective stimulation of the development of students'brain,stimulate students'interest in learning Wushu,controlled by the rhythm of music,rhythm of Wushu action demeanor,make Wushu become more of the beauty of art.Wushu teaching quality can be improved.
