摘要
自组织理论主要研究系统如何从无序走向有序,这对于教学的改革很有启示。大学体育俱乐部教学具有自组织特性:课程体系的开放性,教学系统的非线性,教学组织形式的协同性,学生能力形成的涨落性。基于自组织理论的大学体育俱乐部的教学改革措施有:开放性的教学系统培养创造性人才、非线性的教学改革、充分发挥"涨落"的杠杆性作用、激发学生系统内部的协同性。
Self-Organizing theory mainly studies how the system from the disorderly to the orderly,and this is of great enlightenment for teaching reform.University sports club teaching has self-organization characteristics:the openness of the curriculum system,teaching system,the nonlinear collaborative teaching organization form,the student ability of fluctuation.Based on the self-organizing theory,university sports club teaching reform measures include:with open teaching system to cultivate creative talents,nonlinear teaching reform,giving full play to their role as the"fluctuation"leveraged,arouse the students'collaborative system.
