大数据时代下高校瑜伽课内外一体化教学模式的构建与应用

瑜伽运动是东方国家一种古老的强身健体之术,具有悠久的历史,伴随着人类社会的不断发展,瑜伽运动已经逐渐普及。在全民健身的大背景下,瑜伽运动被纳入到国家教育体系中,越来越多的高校开设了瑜伽课程,在促进大学生身心健康发展的过程中发挥了重要的作用。文章以大数据时代为研究背景,分析了当前高校瑜伽课程教学的现状,并且对高校瑜伽课程教育学中运用课内外一体化教学模式的优势进行阐述,最后从实践应用方面讨论了课内外一体化教学模式的有效运用,期望通过论述可以为高校瑜伽课程教学的有效开展提供可行性建议。

Yoga is an ancient country with a long history of physical fitness,with a long history,along with the continuous development of human society,yoga movement has become increasingly popular.In the context of national fitness,yoga movement was incorporated into the national education system,more and more colleges and universities set up yoga courses,in promoting the healthy development of college students in the process of playing an important role.This paper analyzes the current situation of yoga teaching in colleges and universities with large data age,and expounds the advantages of using the integrated teaching mode in yoga curriculum in colleges and universities.Finally,it discusses the integration between class and outside The effective application of the teaching model,it is expected that this paper can provide feasible suggestions for the effective development of yoga teaching in colleges and universities.
