蓝花参复方止汗作用的实验研究

Experimental study on compound rockbell antiperspirant effect

目的观察蓝花参复方对气虚、脾虚模型大鼠的止汗作用。方法建立气虚、脾虚自汗大鼠模型,连续给药14天后,采用着色法观察蓝花参复方对气虚、脾虚模型大鼠足趾汗液分泌的着色点数目的影响。结果给药组与模型对照组比较,蓝花参复方高、中剂量组能减少气虚、脾虚模型大鼠的着色点数目,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝花参复方具有一定的止汗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of compound rockbell antiperspirant Qi and spleen deficiency modelrats.Methods The rat model of spontaneous Qi and spleen deficiency was established,after14days of continuousadministration,the staining method was used to observe the rockbell compound of qi deficiency,spleen deficiencyrats toe sweat secretion coloring number effect.Results Compared between drug group and model control group,therockbell compound high dose group could reduce Qi,staining of rat models with spleen deficiency number,there wassignificant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Rockbell compound has certain antiperspirant properties.
