摘要 目的建立测定脂溶性维生素注射液中维生素D_2、维生素E的高效液相色谱(HPIC)分析方法。方法应用高效液相色谱法。维生素D2采用Kromasil 100-5sil(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱:以正已烷:异丙醇(97.5:2.5)为流动相:流速为1ml/min):检测波长为265nm:柱温室温:紫外测器。维生素E采用Kromasil 100-5sil(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱:以正已烷-异丙醇(99.5∶0.5)为流动相:流速为1m L/min:检测波长为298nm:柱温室温:紫外检测器。结果维生素D2和维生素E分别在0.26~2.08μg/m L和0.64~3.20mg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。维生素D2和维生素E的平均回收率分别为98.90%、100.2%、RSD分别为1.2%、1.1%。结论本方法准确、快速、重现性好。 Objective To develop the HPLC method for determination of vitamin D2,vitamin E content in theFat-soluble vitamin injection.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used.Kromasil100-5sil(250mm×4.6mm)chromatographic column was used to determine vitamin D2,n-hexane:isopropanol(97.5:2.5)was as mobile phase,the flow rate was1ml/min,wavelength was265nm,under the condition of room temperature,andUV-detector were used.Kromasil100-5sil(250mm×4.6mm)chromatographic column was used to determine vitaminE:n-hexane:isopropanol(99.5∶0.5)was as mobile phase,the flow rate was1ml/min,the wavelength was298nm,underthe condition of room temperature,and UV-detector were used.Results There was a good linear relationship betweenthe0.26-2.08μg/mL range and peak area for vitamin D2,while the0.64-320μg/mL range for vitamin E.The averagerecovery rate of vitamin D2and vitamin E were98.90%and100.2%.RSD of vitamin D2and vitamin E were1.2%and1.1%.Conclusion The method is accurate,rapid and reproducible.
