品管圈活动在神经外科住院患者中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle activity in department of neurosurgery patients

目的探讨品管圈活动在神经外科住院患者中的应用效果。方法随机抽选遵义医学院第五附属(珠海)医院神经外科2015年3~12月住院进行输液治疗患者480例和护士16名,按照参加品管圈活动前后随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组(活动前)为2015年3~6月住院患者236例和护士8名,观察组(活动后)为2015年7~12月参加品管圈活动的244例患者和护士8名,开展"降低静脉输液药物外渗发生率"的品管圈活动的244例患者为观察组。结果通过开展品管圈活动以来,两组患者静脉输液穿刺一次性成功率分别为:观察组为96.72%,对照组为93.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输液外渗发生率分别为:对照组为12.30%,观察组为4.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。静脉炎的发生率观察组为1.20%,对照组为5.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士对品管圈的应用意义、高危高渗药物的认知、团队成员的互助协作理念、提升护理服务质量、参与活动信心和集体荣誉感6个方面的评分均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动的开展,加强了护士对高危、高渗药物专业知识的认知,规范了安全输液的操作,提高了静脉输液穿刺一次性成功率,降低输液外渗率和输液并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in department ofneurosurgery patients.Methods480patients hospitalized for infusion treatment and16nurses in department ofneurosurgery of The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College(Zhuhai)from March2015to December2015were selected as the study object.According to the order of participation in quality control circle activities,they weredivided into control group and observation group with236patients and8nurses from March2015to June2015beforethe activity in control group and244patients and8nurses from July2015to December2015in quality control circleactivity in observation group.Patients in observation group were with"Quality control circle activities"to reduce theincidence of extravasation of intravenous fluids.Results Through the quality control circle activities,the one-timesuccess rate of two groups of patients with intravenous infusion puncture was96.72%respectively in the observationgroup and93.64%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence ofinfusion extravasation was12.30%in the control group and4.67%in the observation group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was1.20%,the controlgroup was5.78%,P drawing0.05,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurse to nurse of QCCapplication significance,risk perception,hyperosmotic drugs team members of mutual collaboration concept,improvethe quality of nursing service,to participate in the activities of confidence and sense of collective honor in6aspectsof the score were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities strengthen thenurses'knowledge of high-risk and hypertonic drugs,standardize the operation of safe infusion,improve the one-timesuccess rate of intravenous infusion puncture,the success rate of one infusion puncture,reduce the rate of transfusionextravasation and complication of infusion.It is worthy of cli nical application.
