支气管哮喘急性发作期血清C反应蛋白检验的临床分析

Clinical analysis of serum C reactive protein test in acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma

目的分析检验支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清C反应蛋白水平的临床价值。方法选取我院2013年8月~2015年8月收治的90例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者作为观察组,其中轻度组25例、中度组38例、重度组27例;同期选取90例健康体检者设为对照组。支气管哮喘急性发作期患者给予药物治疗,用药方案:在解痉平喘、祛痰止咳、静注抗生素、雾化吸入等常规治疗的基础上,静脉滴注参麦注射液60m L+5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠溶液250m L,1次/d,持续治疗2周。应用奥普Uppergold U2多功能全定量金标检测仪,采用免疫胶体金标法检测血清C反应蛋白水平,比较两组血清C反应蛋白水平。结果观察组治疗前血清C反应蛋白水平为(45.2±12.8)mg/L,对照组血清C反应蛋白水平为(5.6±1.8)mg/L,组间比较具有统计学差异(t=29.0639,P<0.05)。观察组三组患者治疗前后血清C反应蛋白水平的比较结果显示,轻度组、中度组、重度组患者治疗前血清C反应蛋白水平分别为(24.6±11.8)、(37.5±16.4)、(51.1±14.5)mg/L,治疗后血清C反应蛋白水平分别为(9.9±3.6)、(11.9±7.4)、(15.4±10.8)mg/L,组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论检验血清C反应蛋白对鉴别支气管哮喘急性发作期及评估病情变化具有重要价值,值得推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum C reactive protein in patients with acute exacerbationof bronchial asthma.Methods90patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma cured in our hospital fromAuguest2013to Auguest2015were slelected as observation group,including25cases in mild group,38cases inmoderate group and27cases in severe group.At the same time,90healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were treated with medication.Medication plan:on the basis of routinetreatment such as relieving spasm,relieving asthma,eliminating phlegm,relieving cough,intravenous injection ofantibiotics and atomizing inhalation,intravenous infusion of Shenmai injection,60mL+5%glucose or0.9%SodiumChloride Solution250mL,1/d,continued treatment for2weeks.Using aupu Uppergold U2multifunctional fullquantitative gold detector,and immunogold labeling method was used to detect the level serum C reactive protein.Serum C reactive protein level of the two groups was compared.Results The level of serum C reactive protein inthe observation group was(45.2±12.8)mg/L,the level of serum C reactive protein in the control group was(5.6±1.8)mg/L,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=29.0639,P<0.05).The comparison ofserum C reactive protein levels between the three groups before and after treatment showed that the levels of serumC-reactive protein before treatment in the mild,moderate and severe groups were(24.6±11.8),(37.5±16.4)and(51.1±14.5)mg/L,respectively,and the levels of serum C-reactive protein after treatment in the mild,moderate andsevere groups were(9.9±3.6),(11.9±7.4)and(15.4±10.8)mg/L,respectively.There was significant difference betweenthe two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum C reactive protein is of great value in identifying the acute onsetof bronchial asthma and assessing the condition.
