阿立哌唑与认知行为联合应用于首发精神分裂症患者对认知功能的改善作用

Combination of aripiprazole and cognitive behavior in the improvement of cognitive function in first-episode schizophrenia

目的为有效改善精神分裂症患者认知功能,探讨阿立哌唑、认知行为联合应用治疗对患者认知功能的改善效果。方法本次研究对象为2013年7月~2014年9月期间我院收治的70例首发精神分裂症患者,按照病床单双号分为药物对照组35例、观察组35例。药物对照组口服阿立哌唑,观察组在此基础上进行认知行为干预,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组精神恢复有效率为94.3%较对照组80.0%好,观察组患者疾病症状、认知能力改善程度较对照组好(P<0.05);治疗前两组PANSS、SDSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组较对照组疗效好(P<0.05)。结论临床对精神分裂首发患者采用阿立哌唑、认知行为联合应用治疗疾病,患者认知功能改善效果明显。

Objective To improve the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia,to explore the effect of combinedtreatment of aripiprazole and cognitive behavior on cognitive function of patients.Methods70patients with first-episodeschizophrenia cured in our hospial from july2013to September2014were selected.According to the bed number and evennumber,they were divided into medicine control group and observation group with35cases in each.Patients in medicine controlgroup were treated with oral aripiprazole,and patients in observation group were treated with cognitive behavioral intervention onthe basis of control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of mental recoveryin observation group was94.3%,which was better than that of control group with80.0%.The improvement of disease symptomsand cognitive ability in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was nosignificant difference in PANSS and SDSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The curative effect of the observation groupwas better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of aripiprazole and cognitive behavior in thetreatment of first-episode schizophrenia patients shows improvement in cognitive function.
