前部缺血性视神经病变颈动脉超声检测的临床意义

On the Clinical Significance about Carotid Ultrasound for Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

目的:探讨前部缺血性视神经病变颈动脉超声检测的临床意义。方法:选用2015年3月~2017年3月期间在医院进行治疗的22例前部缺血性视神经病变患者为研究对象,均为单眼患病,A组为患眼,共22眼,B组为健康眼睛,共22眼,选取同期非患眼病的患者22例为对照组,共44眼,分析三组眼部血管血流动力学参数变化情况。结果:A、B、对照组的Vmax、Vmin、RI数据比较,Vmax、Vmin依次增高,RI依次降低。结论:前部缺血性视神经病变颈动脉超声检测的临床诊断价值非常高,能够准确的检测出患者患眼的血流动力学情况,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of carotid artery ultrasonography in anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods:during the period fromMarch2015to March2017were used in the treatment of22cases of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy patients in hospital as the object of study,all patientswere unilateral A group for the sick,eyes,22eyes,group B for healthy eyes,22eyes were selected,22patients with non patients were as the control group.In44eyes,and analyze the changes of ocular vascular hemodynamic parameters in three groups.Results:compared with the data of Vmax,B and RI in A,RIand Vmin,Vmax and Vmin increased successively,and decreased in turn.Conclusion:the clinical value of carotid ultrasonography in the diagnosis of anteriorischemic optic neuropathy is very high.It can accurately detect the hemodynamics of patients with eyes,and is worthy of popularization and application.
