摘要
亚甲蓝与肝素发生络合反应,在664nm处出现特征峰,肝素含量与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,用紫外分光光度法制作标准曲线,计算肝素钠的含量。并且测得的肝素含量具有良好的重复性,是快捷简便的定量分析方法。
According to the reaction btween heparin sodium and methylene blue,there is the absorption peaks at664nm.The content of heparin and its absorbance keepa linear relation,so we can utilize UV spectrophotometry standard curve to caculate the results of heparin sodium.The method has been applied to analyze thesamples and the results are satisfactory.
