ATP荧光监测技术在眼科负压吸引环清洗质量监测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物萤光法检测眼科负压环的清洗质量。方法:选取本院眼视光中心眼科负压吸引环120件,随机分为两组,分别为A组(预浸泡2min+酶清洗剂泡3min+超声3min)、B组(刷洗1min+酶清洗剂泡3min+超声3min)对两组的清洗效果进行比较。结果:B组的效果显著优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:ATP生物萤光法可动态快速监测眼科负压环清洗前后的细菌残留量,能作为有效监测眼科负压吸引环清洗质量的评价方法;刷洗+多酶清洗剂浸泡+超声清洗是负压吸引环的重要清洗环境。
