摘要
针对目前国内城市轨道交通网络运营服务质量评估仍是通过关键绩效指标(KPI)来监控,不能全面描述某一条线路/区域的运作质量的现状,通过论证分析,综合了平衡计分卡、层次分析法与模糊综合评估方法,建立了一套城市轨道交通网络运营服务质量评估模型。阐述了流程建立过程和具体的实施步骤,并以广州地铁线网为例,验证了该评估模型的有效性和实用性。
Current KPI(key performance indicators)index for rail transit operation network service quality control in China cannot describe the real service quality of a certain line/region properly.Through evaluation and analysis,an operation service quality evaluation model for urban rail transit is established by using balanced scorecard,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In this paper,the process and implementation steps are described,the effectiveness and practicability of this model is tested based on the practice of Guangzhou metro network.
