摘要
地下连续墙是深基坑支护工程中一种重要的围护结构形式。传统的地下连续墙施工工艺是在连续墙成槽的同时现场制作钢筋笼,待成槽完成后将钢筋笼吊装到槽内,再浇筑混凝土,形成地下连续墙体。该工艺需要现场有钢筋笼加工场地,而且地下连续墙的混凝土是水下浇筑,钢筋笼定位难,混凝土浇筑质量难以保证。介绍了针对上述问题的解决方案:地下连续墙采用工厂化预制拼装结构;连续墙的侧边接头采用榫接,并采用多道防水措施,保证接头防水效果;连续墙的竖向截断拼装采用钢结构拼装,提高施工效率。该方案可显著提高地下连续墙施工质量,节约施工工期,增强地下工程的安全性。
Underground slurry wall is an important enclosure structure form that supports the deep foundation pit.Traditional construction technology is to make a steel cage on the site which is hoisted into the wall slot for grouting.This technology demands a processing place and is often affected by the strata and ground conditions due to the underwater casting concrete.In order to address the quality problems,a new technology is introduced,which uses the prefabricated underground continuous wall structure made in factory,taking joggle joint at the side of slurry wall and multichannel waterproof measures to ensure the stop-water effect for slurry wall;while the vertical truncated assembly uses steel structure assembly to ensure the engineering quality and enhance the construction efficiency.This new technology is proved to have higher quality and shorter construction time limit,it can enhance the safety of underground engineering.
