摘要
本文采用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA_3)对突尼斯软籽石榴花期进行处理,调查GA_3在不同浓度下石榴对坐果率及品质的影响。结果表明,GA_3对突尼斯软籽石榴坐果率及品质均有一定的促进作用,其中以10mg/L和20mg/L浓度的处理效果较好,坐果率分别提高了97%和110%,平均株产、可溶性糖含量、总酸含量及可溶性固形物含量均较对照有显著的增加。
The quality and setting rate of Tunisia soft-seed pomegranate were studied at different concentration of GA3onthe stage of flowering.The results showed that GA3had some promotion effect in improving the setting rate and quality ofTunisia soft-seed pomegranate,in which,the effect processed by two densities of10mg/L and20mg/L were better,thesetting rate increased by97%and110%respectively.The average yield,soluble sugar content,total acid content andsoluble solids content were significant increased than CK.
