Research on Methods of Promoting Enterprises' Comprehensive Innovation Working Methods

为了建设"创新驱动型"企业,满足神华"1245"清洁能源发展战略和企业转型发展的需要,本文从创新的发展历史进程和国内外创新工作的先进经验入手,剖析了神华"1245"战略与创新驱动发展的关系。作者前瞻性地提出建立虚拟创新工作室的构想,以及建立全方位全过程创新格局所必须拥有的创新环境,论述了神华集团基层单位创新工作开展的方法和步骤,以及推进全面创新应采取的一系列措施。

In order to build the"innovation driven"enterprise and to satisfy the needs of Shenhua"1245"clean energy development strategy and enterprise's reconstruction development,this paper starts from development historical process of innovation and advanced innovation experience at home and abroad,and thenanalyzes the relationship between Shenhua“1245”strategy and driven development of innovation.The authorputs forward the idea of establishing virtual innovation studio proactively,and innovation environment thatmust have in the establishment of the whole process and comprehensive innovation pattern,and discusses aseries of measures and steps that should be taken in grass-roots unit innovation of Shenhua Group and promote all-round innovation.
