摘要
本文对神华某2×1000MW等级火电厂EPC总承包工程造价管理的情况进行了分析和总结,针对火电厂投资大、时间短、参建队伍多、过程管理复杂等特点,从业主管理角度,对项目决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段、调试及项目竣工决算全过程造价管理,进行合理分析,为今后火电建设造价管理积累经验。
In this paper,situation of general contracting engineering costs management of a Shenhua2*1000MW grade EPC power plant is analyzed and summarized,aiming to the problems of large investment,short time,many construction teams,complex process management,starts from the perspective of the owners'management,makes reasonable analysis from decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage,commissioning and final accounts of the project,and accumulates experience for the future of thermal power construction cost management.
