摘要
在分析了选煤厂生产工艺和煤质特性的基础上,研究了煤炭洗选过程中水分的来源及控制方法,并根据现场实际装车过程设计制造了冬季火车运煤防冻液自动喷洒系统,有效避免冬季冻车事故的发生。同时降低了操作人员的劳动强度,改善了操作人员的作业环境,防冻液回收系统还对废弃防冻液进行回收利用,实现了环保的目的,同时节约了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
Based on analysis of production process and quality characteristics of coal preparation plant,through analysis of source of water and control methods in coal washing process,and makes automaticsprinkling system of winter train coal carrying and anti-freeze fluid according to actual loading process,which effectively avoid the frozen car accident occurred in winter,and reduce the labor intensity of operators,improve the operator's working environment,antifreeze recycling system recycles and uses waste antifreezefluid,and it achieves the purpose of environmental protection,and also save production cost and improve economic efficiency.
