Study and Exploration of Material Consumption Quota Management in Coal Enterprise Logistics

煤炭企业后勤材料消耗定额没有国家、行业统一下发的标准,为了提升后勤单位的管理水平,本文介绍如何在平均先进、真实客观、简明适用、时效性的指导原则下,运用现场写实法、调研访谈法、经验数据法等编制煤炭企业定额。另外,对如何加强应用定额标准,提出了意见和建议。

The consumption quota of logistics materials in coal enterprises has no standards issued by thestate and the industry,in order to improve the management level of logistics unit,this paper describes howto prepare quota of coal enterprises by using scene method,interview method,investigation method and empirical data methods under the guiding principle of average advanced,real and objective,concise and suitable,timeliness.In addition,opinions and suggestions are put forward on how to strengthen the applicationof quota standards.
