摘要
针对600MW和330MW亚临界汽轮机高压调节阀或供热中压抽汽调节阀运行中,采用顺序阀出现问题和单阀节流调节问题,本文以600MW和330MW亚临界汽轮机为例,提出了提升汽轮机经济性又兼顾安全性的双对角和双双开启的技术措施。采用现场试验和定性分析的方法,对该方案进行分析和现场验证。试验和分析结果表明:汽轮机高压调节阀或供热抽汽调节阀,采用双对角和双双开启技术方案,有效提高了或将改善汽轮机的安全性和经济性。
In view of600MW and330MW subcritical steam turbine high pressure regulator or heating medium voltage bleeder valve used in the operation of the sequence valve problems and single valve throttlingadjustment problems,this paper takes600MW and330MW subcritical steam turbine as an example,putforward the improve steam turbine efficiency and the safety of both double diagonal and the technical mea?sures to open both.The method of field test and qualitative analysis is used to analyze and verify thescheme.Test and analysis results show that the steam turbine high pressure regulator or heating extractionsteam regulator adopts double diagonal and both open technology solutions,effectively improve the securityand economy or will improve the steam turbine.
