摘要
在煤炭供大于求和煤炭行业亏损面达90%的严峻形势下,神华集团必须转变发展理念,通过内部运营优化来实现价值最大化。神华独特的产运销一体化模式中,铁路运输优化能够直接将有限的资源实现最大的利润。本文首先分析了神华一体化的主要运营原则,然后以准池铁路开通后运输优化为实例,进行了神华铁路运输优化组织分析。
Since the severe situation that excess coal supply and profit losses of coal industries is more than90%,Shenhua Group must change develop concept and aims to gain maximize profits through internal operation optimization.Railway transportation optimization is primary to gain more profit among unique productionand transportation and selling mode of Shenhua.First,the author gave an introduction of the main operationconcept of vertical integration in Shenhua.Then optimization of railway transportation was analyzed with anexample of Zhunchi railway,and finally makes transportation optimization organization analysis of ShenhuaRailway.
