摘要
本文总结了煤制烯烃及其热电系统能耗特点,并针对煤制烯烃示范工程热电系统的参数低、煤耗高、辅机规模大、厂用电率高的特点,遵循"以热代电"的蒸汽辅机原则,针对百万吨级煤制烯烃装置来说,以蒸汽透平驱动的集中辅机系统,采用背压机组的形式,可以使外供电从70MW提高到100MW,热电单元的供电煤耗也可以从400g/k Wh降低到360~370g/k Wh,降低了厂用电率和供电煤耗,相应提高系统的经济效益,分析认为这是一个可行的节能提效方法,对未来项目的设计工作也有一定指导意义。
The paper summarizes characteristics of coal-to-olefin and its thermal power system,chemicalsproject and its thermal power system energy consumption,and the parameters of the coal to olefin project demonstration thermoelectric system is low,coal consumption is high,the auxiliary scale is big,the characteristics of the high rate of auxiliary power,follow the steam auxiliary principle of"replace electricity with heat"in view of the best equipment of coal to olefin,driven by steam turbine auxiliary system,adopts the form ofthe back pressure units,can make the output power supply from70mw to100mw,thermal power unit'spower supply coal consumption can be reduced to360~370g/kWh from400g/kWh,reduces the service-power consumption rate and the power supply coal consumption,increase the economic benefits of system,analysis of energy-saving effect method is considered to be a viable,for the future also have certain guiding significance to the engineering work of the project.
