贵阳市中央广播电视节目和地方电视节目无线数字化覆盖系统设计

The Design of Wireless Digital Coverage System for Guiyang Central and Local Radio & TV Programs

作者根据中国地面数字电视国家标准及贵阳市的实际情况,设计了贵阳市地面数字电视覆盖系统的技术方案。从中星6A、中星6B接收到的12套中央台电视节目与本地3套电视节目经过编码复用、转码编码复用、统计复用等技术手段,产生2个AVS+编转码复用流,然后分别送2个频道的数字电视发射机进行发射。

According to the China national standard Digital Television Terrestrial Broadcasting and realities of Guiyang,this article has designed the technical?proposal of Guiyang terrestrial digital television coverage system.We combine12CCTVprograms that received fromthe“Zhongxing”6Aand“Zhongxing”6B with3local TVprograms by multiplexing,transcoding reuse and statistical multiplexing to from2AVS+transcoding reuse streams which transported by2channel’s digital TV emitter.
