摘要
师范生教育实践能力的养成不能只重视学科教育学的学习而忽视了民间教育学的学习。教育实践能力的特点决定了民间教育学在其养成中具有重要作用。在师范教育中统合管理民间教育知识和学科教育知识,有利于师范生教育实践能力的养成。SEIC知识创新模型为教育知识管理提供了管理模型。依据这一模型,在原有实习制度的前提下,以循习制度作为补充,较好地沟通了教育生活和教育理论的疆界,发展完善了师范生教育实践能力培养的机制。
In the cultivation of the educational practice ability of normal university students,we should not merely pay attention to the study of subject education and neglect the study of folk education.The characteristics of educational practice ability determine that folk education plays an important role in its development.To integrate folk education knowledge with subject education knowledge in normal education is conducive to the cultivation of normal university students'educational practice ability.The SEIC knowledge innovative model provides a management model for educational knowledge management.Based this model,under the premise of the original practice system,supplemented by the master-apprentice system,educational life and educational theory are effectively connected,and the mechanism of cultivating normal university students'educational practice ability is developed and improved.
