中职职业生涯设计探究

职业生涯设计是中职学生提高就业竞争力和提高学生的综合实力的重要措施之一,无论是从自身发展还是社会发展的需要,都为重要课题。成功的人生离不开正确的职业生涯设计。在失败的人生中,缺失就业指导,不重视职业生涯的设计是主要原因之一。为提高就业竞争力,学生应该自我认识、自我评判、自我发展实现正确的职业生涯设计。本文立足当前中职校学生就业的现状,以文献为参考依据,探究学生职业生涯设计,促进学生实现出彩人生。

Career design is one of the important measures to improve the competitiveness and comprehensive strength of secondary vocational students,so it is an important issue for both personal development and social development.A successful life is inseparable from a right career design.One of the main reasons of a failed life is the lack of employment guidance and career design.To improve the competitiveness of employment,students should do well in self-awareness,self-evaluation and self-development,thus achieving correct career design.Based on the present situation of the employment of secondary vocational school students,this paper explores students'career design,in order to promote them to be successful.
