在发展农村教育过程中,遇到最为突出的问题就是公平与效率问题。随着我国城镇化发展以及农村人口数量、结构的变化,村小撤并成为解决农村教育问题的一个重要途径。而偏远落后农村地区微型小学撤并也暴露出一些弊端,给学生、教师和乡村带来很多消极影响,因此要积极探索村小撤并问题的调整策略,使我国农村小学撤并朝向合理而健康的方向发展。

In the process of developing rural education,the most prominent problem is the problem of fairness and efficiency.With the development of urbanization in China and the change of the number and structure of rural population,the withdrawal and merger of rural primary schools has become an important way to solve the problem of rural education.However,the withdrawaland merger of micro-sized primary schools in remote and backward rural areas is also faced some shortcomings,having brought a lot of negative influence on students,teachers and rural areas.Therefore,we should actively explore the adjustment strategies of the relevant issue,in order to promote the rational and healthy development of the withdrawal and merger of rural primary schools.
